FLAVOR: We were approached by a hip local Italian restaurant to create a hot sauce that would work well with their rock-and-roll themed menu of pizza, pasta, subs, etc.

Ziggy’s Charred Dust was the result of that collaboration and it has earned a spot in our rotating seasonal line-up. Crank up the hi-fi with some groovy tunes and use this deliciously complex table sauce to bring a little “fiamma” to your next family sit down.
